Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Find It, listed on the App Store as "Find Objects: Hidden & Diff" and on Google Play as "Find It Out: Hidden Object" (the "App"), on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The App collects only the following:
- Device identifiers – app-instance and installation identifiers, the identifier for vendors on iOS and the Advertising ID on Android, used for analytics, to deliver and measure ads, and to limit how often an ad is shown. On iOS the App does not ask for permission to track you, so it does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.
- Diagnostics – crash reports and performance data (device model, OS version, app version, memory and load times) used to find and fix bugs.
- Usage data – which levels you start and finish, stars earned, hints and items used, ads watched and session length, used to improve the game.
- Advertising data – information about the ads you see and interact with (for example impressions, clicks and rewarded videos completed), together with your approximate region derived from your IP address.
- Purchase information – when you buy an in-app item or a VIP subscription, Apple or Google processes the payment and sends the App a receipt with a transaction identifier, used to deliver the item, keep your subscription active and restore purchases. We never receive your name, card or billing details.
- Technical connection data – when the App downloads game content (for example a level picture), our content-delivery provider receives your IP address and basic request information, as with any internet connection.
Your game progress, stars, items and settings are stored on your device.
2. How we use information
- To run the game, deliver game content and save your progress on your device.
- To deliver items you buy, manage your VIP subscription and restore purchases.
- To understand how the App is used and improve it.
- To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and performance problems.
- To show advertisements and measure their performance. VIP subscribers and players who buy any in-app item do not see interstitial ads.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) ad mediation – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Google AdMob – policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Ads – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Unity In-App Purchasing, Apple App Store and Google Play billing – unity.com/legal/privacy-policy, apple.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (content delivery) – cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App tells its ad partners to show only non-personalized ads. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads). On iOS, the App does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you. Buying the VIP subscription or any in-app item removes interstitial ads.
5. Data retention and deletion
Analytics and crash data are kept by our service providers for the periods set in their policies (for Firebase Analytics, up to 14 months). Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. Connection logs kept by our content-delivery provider are retained only for the periods set in its policy.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Because we do not link the data we collect to your identity, the easiest way to stop collection is to delete the App. For any request, contact us at the address below.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
